No. Our Condensation Control service is survey and advice only — we carry out a Qualified Assessment to identify what is causing the condensation or mould, rule rising and penetrating damp in or out, and advise you on the solutions available. We do not supply or install PIV units or extract fans.

How do I know if I have rising damp?

Common signs include tide marks on internal walls, peeling paint or wallpaper, salt deposits, musty smells and damp skirting boards. A moisture-meter survey will confirm the cause.

Do you treat woodworm?

Yes. We identify the species, assess the extent of infestation, treat affected timbers with industry-approved insecticide and advise on any structural follow-up required.

What are Wall Tie Installation and Crack Stitching?

Wall Tie Installation replaces failed cavity-wall ties with remedial stainless-steel ties to re-secure the outer and inner leaves. Crack Stitching uses helical bars bonded into mortar beds to re-knit cracked masonry. Both are non-disruptive structural repairs — see our service pages for detail.

How long does a typical treatment take?

Most damp proofing or timber treatments are completed in one to three days. Larger or more complex projects (e.g. basement tanking, wall tie or crack stitching schemes) take longer — we'll give you a realistic timescale at survey.
